Two creative lines instead of one, built to hit two different reasons people buy

The problem
Sales and engagement were both flat. One generic creative line was trying to speak to every kind of rider and owner at once, and landing with none of them.
The strategy
I split the creative into two clear lines instead of one blended message. Radical pieces leaning fully into extreme riding for the audience that buys on adrenaline, and family or lifestyle pieces leaning into connection and care for the audience that buys on trust. Every piece also carries a short value-proposition line, durability, anti-theft, travel-ready, right where attention already is, so the benefit lands before the scroll continues.
Radical line
Adrenaline, extreme riding, the product as gear for the ride, not just protection for after

Family & lifestyle line
Connection, care, everyday routine, the product as something you look after, not just own

Why the split worked
Nobody scrolling past an extreme motocross jump is thinking about a father and daughter riding through autumn leaves, and the reverse is just as true. Splitting the lines let each piece commit fully to one feeling instead of hedging between two.
Outcome
Instagram engagement went up, and the split became the company's visual direction going forward
Both lines were adopted as the standard framework for future campaigns, not a one-off test
